Slag
Slag is formed when hard coal is burned in dust boilers. Its main components are silicon, aluminium and iron compounds. Slag has a stabilized chemical composition and is safe for the environment.
Furnace slag applications:
Ceramic industry: improves workability, prevents cracking, increases porosity
Road construction: for the production of road bases, for road construction and hardening and construction of embankments
