An expert in waste management, the circular economy, and recycling.

She possesses extensive experience in the waste management and recycling industry, with a particular focus on implementing innovative solutions and promoting cross-sector collaboration. Throughout her career, she has focused on building effective cooperation between business, public administration, and academia. She actively participates in legislative processes, contributing to consultations and providing expert opinions on waste management regulations. Furthermore, she is an expert for the Climate Leadership programme at the UNEP/GRID-Warsaw Centre and has served for many years as the Vice Chair of the Sectoral Council for Competences in the Material and Raw Material Recovery Sector.

An author of numerous industry publications dedicated to waste management, with a specific emphasis on recycling and the transition towards a circular economy. In her work, she successfully combines a practical perspective with a systemic approach, analysing the interconDnections between waste management and other sectors.

He has been associated with the waste management sector, environmental protection, and infrastructure investments for over 15 years. He specializes in business development and projects within the circular economy, recycling, waste-to-energy, biogas, and biomethane sectors. His expertise encompasses operational management of large-scale organizations, preparation and implementation of investment projects, M&A activities, due diligence, corporate transformation, and strategic planning.

He holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in Environmental Protection with a focus on Waste Management. He also holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in new digital technologies, as well as postgraduate degrees in agriculture.
