Veolia EKOZEC has appointed a Whistleblowing Officer to receive and deal with whistleblower reports.

The Whistleblowing Officer is an independent and trusted addressee to whom any employee of the company, as well as business partners, can safely report whistleblowing information.

Reported information remains confidential and the whistleblower may also choose to remain anonymous, although this may aggravate investigation and preclude feedback.

The investigation is carried out by the Whistleblowing Officer in accordance with Veolia EKOZEC's whistleblowing policy (available in Polish on Company's website).
